Having been a DJ and promoter in his home town of London, Riz has worked with some of the well known DJs and MCs, such as Andy C, Nicky Blackmarket, Goldie. Now having been in Dubai for some years, Riz founded Dash Leisure, which runs and operates Dash Talent a talent agency for artists and Dash Home Learning, a music school which operates in Dubai and has students globally.

Nicole was also the Lead creative, F&D and entertainment on Africa's first Radisson RED hotel. After its success, Nicole found her way to Dubai 2 years ago to bring the same success to the Radisson RED in Silicon Oasis
